جلسة حوارية نوعية بعنوان بناء قدرات المدرب القانوني

نفذت منظمة شمس للتأهيل والتنمية جلسة حوارية نوعية بعنوان بناء قدرات المدرب القانوني الحماية القانونية للنازحين واللاجئين في مركزها بمدينة الحسكة

تأتي هذه الجلسة في ظل التحديات المتصاعدة المرتبطة بقضايا النزوح واللجوء حيث تؤكد المنظمة من خلالها دورها الريادي في قيادة الجهود المجتمعية والقانونية نحو حماية الفئات الأكثر هشاشة وتعزيز حضورها كجهة فاعلة في تطوير العمل القانوني والإنساني كما تمثل هذه المبادرة خطوة استراتيجية نحو تأسيس عيادة قانونية متخصصة تسهم في تقديم الدعم المباشر للنازحين واللاجئين

ركزت الجلسة على محاور أساسية شملت الإطار القانوني الدولي لحماية النازحين واللاجئين وتحليل أوضاعهم داخل المخيمات إضافة إلى تعزيز دور الاستجابة المجتمعية في نشر الوعي القانوني وبناء بيئة أكثر عدالة كما شكلت الجلسة منصة فاعلة لتبادل الخبرات ومناقشة التحديات الميدانية في سوريا خاصة في المرحلة الحالية

وأكد المشاركون من خلال مداخلاتهم أهمية تكامل الجهود القانونية والإنسانية وقدموا مجموعة من المقترحات العملية التي تعزز السلم الأهلي وترسخ مبادئ سيادة القانون مع التشديد على ضرورة إبقاء القضايا الإنسانية في صدارة الأولويات والعمل على معالجتها بشكل مستدام

Shams Organization for Rehabilitation and Development conducted a high level dialogue session titled Capacity Building for Legal Trainers Legal Protection of IDPs and Refugees at its center in Al Hasakah

This session reflects the organization leading role in advancing legal and humanitarian action and highlights its strong commitment to protecting vulnerable communities while positioning itself as a key driver in strengthening legal capacity and community resilience It also marks a strategic step toward establishing a specialized legal clinic to provide direct support for IDPs and refugees

The session addressed major themes including the international legal framework for the protection of displaced persons and refugees as well as in depth analysis of camp conditions and the critical role of community response in raising legal awareness It also created an active platform for exchanging expertise and addressing field challenges in Syria especially in the current phase

Participants emphasized the importance of integrating legal and humanitarian efforts and presented practical recommendations that contribute to social cohesion and reinforce the rule of law while stressing the need to keep humanitarian issues at the forefront and ensure sustainable responses
